This was hell of a long night and day, firstly had to stay amused until 2300hrs when it was time to leave Bergen on the overnight sleeper train and then meet the next train to Goteborg. this where we ran into trouble catching a train that was not on the departure boards and us lot not reading Swedish as we had left Norway and gone through Sweden to catch a ferry and then train it to Copenhagen

Went to the service desk at he station and waited and waited and eventually got served got new tickets and then found the train and off....................train straight onto the ferry and crossed the narrow entrance to the Baltic sea between Denmark and Sweden
We made and the next day off to our MARY'S home, not game enough to knock on the door, but had a good peep around the parade ground and it is surrounded by 5 other palaces accommodating various members of the Danish royalty

Copenhagen was a very pretty city and nowhere near as expensive as Norway and we spent the afternoon doing a canal cruise and out into the harbour
The buildings all along the canal were similar to the ones on the left.
